We are looking for a Senior Associate – Business Analyst with strong experience in data engagement programmes. The role focuses on data analysis, data migration, and data mapping activities, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate business requirements into data mapping specifications and functional designs
  • Perform data analysis to identify data quality issues, gaps, and transformation needs
  • Support data migration initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain data mapping documents across source and target systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and data solutions
  • Support validation of migrated data
