Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer (0–2 years experience) to join our growing delivery teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Work Model: Work arrangement will be aligned to client requirements and may include hybrid (office + remote) or full work-from-home options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Build responsive UI using Angular/React
- Work with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, AWS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimisation
Must-Have Skills:
- Core Java and OOPs concepts
- Hands-on exposure to Spring Boot and REST APIs
- Basic knowledge of Angular or React
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SQL/database fundamentals

Eligibility / Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a technical hackathon to evaluate coding ability, problem-solving skills, and full stack understanding. Final selection will be based on performance in the hackathon and subsequent evaluations.
