We are looking for professionals with experience in public sector healthcare organizations, digital maturity assessments, and large-scale transformation programme delivery. Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Drive strategic initiatives that accelerate healthcare modernization and technology adoption.

As our Senior Manager in Public Sector Consulting, you'll lead sales delivery and relationship management across our healthcare consulting team. You'll be a front-facing leader who can shape opportunities, create practical proposals, and then deliver programmes of work end-to-end supporting operational performance enhancement, strategy and planning, and digitally enabled healthcare and data-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development (25%) - Proactively defining opportunities for business transformation, operational improvement, cost reduction, and service optimization.
  • Strategic Planning (25%) - Developing strategic recommendations, business plans, and actionable solutions for client challenges.
  • Client Management (25%) - Engaging with employees and stakeholders, leading workshops, and presenting findings to executive level staff.
  • Implementation Support (25%) - Planning and overseeing the execution of new systems, processes, or structural changes.

Essential Skills

  • Work with clients to understand their needs, define and assess possible strategies, and identify new project ideas.
  • Conduct assessments with healthcare clients to identify and prioritize areas of business improvement.
  • Lead programme teams to design and deliver business solutions that meet the clients' business goals and can be successfully implemented within the unique client environment.
  • Build business cases for clients to support investment into business transformation programmes.
  • Work closely with technologists to map business needs to technology investments and design effective technical solutions.
  • Support the development of roadmaps that guide clients through business transformation.
  • Develop and deliver work output to C-level executives.
  • Design new approaches to monitor the effectiveness of solutions and demonstrate tangible business value.
  • Ensure excellent communication and alignment with clients on project programme execution.
  • Support business development activities including proposal development, tender responses, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Assist in the development of service offerings that reflect client needs and present compelling solutions to the market.
  • Help to analyze key healthcare market trends and identify new opportunities for services to the healthcare provider market.
  • Provide coaching to junior graduate consultants and help them refine their skills and domain knowledge.
  • Assist in the development of thought leadership pieces that will enhance our brand in the market.
  • Maintain good communication with practice leadership and support collaboration, sharing of ideas and best practices.

  • Travel to client sites may be needed, estimated 2 or 3 days per week.
