Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions that align with business processes and long-term cloud strategy for enterprise clients.
- Configure Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, views, workflows and business rules to create robust yet maintainable applications that support evolving customer engagement needs.
- Optimize Dynamics 365 performance by tuning configurations, streamlining customizations and collaborating with database and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and responsive environments.
- Develop and extend Dynamics Power Platform components such as model-driven apps, cloud flows and Power Apps to automate business processes and increase user productivity.
- Create reusable solution templates and configuration patterns across Dynamics 365 CRM instances to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency across multiple business units.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external enterprise systems using approved integration tools and patterns to enable seamless data exchange and unified customer insights.
- Implement security configurations including roles, field security and environment-based access models to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Show strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 for Sales processes covering lead, opportunity, account and pipeline management with configurations tailored to complex sales organizations.
- Exhibit deep expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration including customization of entities, forms, views, workflows, business process flows and solution management across environments.
- Apply practical experience with Dynamics Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to design low-code solutions that complement core CRM capabilities.
- Utilize solid understanding of cloud concepts and application lifecycle management to manage solutions across development, test and production Dynamics environments in a hybrid work setting.
