The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will report directly to the Regional Client Partner. CRMs will be responsible for managing sales functions, opportunities and revenue portfolio of business for Banking & Financial Services clients. The role is focused on developing broad relationships with client business stakeholders and IT decision-makers and influencers, to drive new sales. You will work with Commercial, Delivery and Leadership teams to develop account plans and a balanced book of business across client accounts and growth areas. Working with senior executives, sales teams and support functions, you will have responsibility for driving the Account's profitable growth and success. This opportunity calls for a CRM that is passionate about growing business, managing portfolios and taking companies to the next level.

Key Requirements:

  • Good presentation skills with ability to create and deliver compelling propositions.
  • Previous experience with Account Management is a must-have; responsibility for accounts with portfolios worth $10m+.
  • Experience of selling outcome-based services/solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities; use of delegation and effective communication.
  • Proven experience of selling AI propositions leveraging leading industry model or inhouse developed.
  • Ability to develop trust in client relationships and create positive outcomes in large-services deals.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, strategic thinking and ownership.
  • Ability to understand client business model and proactively create opportunities to drive value.
  • Proven experience in working with VPs and CxOs.
  • Lead processes and work with global teams to qualify deals.
  • Ability to create large-scale transformation deals.
  • Position Cognizant solutions offerings to increase win ratio.
  • Build, monitor and orchestrate pursuit pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities; manage the size, shape, and quality of pipeline through the qualification process.
  • Use competitive intelligence to develop counter strategies that will neutralize competitive influence on the customer’s buying decisions.

Additional/Preferred Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Capital Markets.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure optimization and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • PMO or PMI Certified.
  • AWS and GCP Certified.
  • Leading AI Certifications.
  • Customer service management credential preferred.
