We are looking for a skilled AWS Developer to join our dynamic Contact Centre Platform (CCP) team. Reporting to the AWS Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge innovations hosted on AWS infrastructure—including AI models and automation tools. Note that you must be eligible for SC Clearance. Our offices are based in London and Leeds—you are free to attend any of these locations. We operate on a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support AWS-hosted AI models and infrastructure.
  • Assist in deploying services within the Amazon Connect ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the route-to-live process for new features and innovations.
  • Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions using Python or Node.js.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive production data in line with FCA standards.
  • Collaborate with CRRM and IPG teams to align infrastructure and release processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise performance of AWS-hosted services.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, with experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure data handling.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect and/or deploying AI models on AWS.
