Excellent opportunity for Environment Delivery Analyst to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services. Role requires working from office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the objectives for environment delivery across NPO Services.
- Ensure end to end integration, build levels and correct configurations are maintained not only from Salesforce perspective but from all the peripheral components.
- Ensure uncontrolled changes are not performed directly in to test environments and they are maintained at correct testing baseline.
- Own the environment issues from end to end perspective and work with support teams to lead the resolution or arrange war rooms where multiple teams are required.
- Maintain appropriate access controls in test environments.
- Assign licenses through AD groups to the users.
- Enable joiners and leavers process and optimise number of user licenses.
- Run user audits to ensure compliance with PCI and DTS risk compliance.
- Ensure non-production systems are compliant with GDPR guidelines by ensuring test systems are profiled for PII and any identified PII field has been obfuscated whilst ensuring end to end integrity for data across the systems.
- Maintain costings of the environments and provide forecasts on environment spending.
- Review environment utilisation and decommission unused environments to save licensing costs for SaaS and costs in terms of IaaS, PaaS in AWS platform.
- Ensure environments are rightly sized and maintain the correct T-shirt size depending on the testing requirements in terms of storage.
- Work with Dev and Testing teams to put together environment strategy to ensure route to production for changes such as project related changes, platform related changes, production fixes and concurrent releases.
