Cognizant is seeking a Workday Peakon Principal Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Peakon Employee Voice solutions in client engagements across the UK.
You will guide workshops, configure surveys and dashboards, mentor junior staff, drive adoption, and collaborate with HCM and Talent teams to improve employee engagement and organisational performance.
Travel on-site as needed.
