About the role

As a Maconomy ERP Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex enterprise implementations, upgrades that improve financial and operational efficiency.

You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical specialists and cross-functional delivery teams to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and quality from planning through deployment.

  • In this role, you will
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for Maconomy and wider ERP initiatives, aligning scope, milestones, resources and budgets with stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate hybrid delivery across onsite and remote teams, creating clear communication routines and transparent ways of working.
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, risks and issues proactively to protect critical deadlines and delivery commitments.
  • Work with Client business stakeholders at various levels, functional and technical specialists to clarify requirements and coordinate configuration, integration, testing, deployment and Hypercare
  • Lead governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, decision logs and executive-level delivery insights.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance criteria and support reliable financial and operational reporting.
  • Use project data and performance indicators to inform decisions, optimise resource utilisation and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, change communications and readiness activities to support adoption and minimise business disruption.
  • Maintain key project artefacts, including plans, risk registers, decision records and lessons learned.
  • What you need to have to be considered
  • Project management experience in complex enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong practical experience delivering Maconomy or any other ERP implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations or transformation programmes
  • Solid understanding of ERP transformation concepts and cross-functional workflows, including finance, resource management and project accounting.
  • A proven ability to manage medium- to large-scale programmes using established project management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to executive, business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent communications, organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience leading distributed or hybrid teams.
