What You’ll Do:

- Innovate & Experiment: Use a full range of qualitative and quantitative methods—guerrilla testing, workshops, persona creation, card sorting—to uncover user needs and test new ideas.
- Shape Strategy: Devise research strategies, analyze findings, and translate insights into recommendations that guide service design and development.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Support junior researchers, foster a collaborative team culture, and champion the integration of user insights throughout the design process.

What We’re Looking For:
