This is an excellent opportunity for Azure DevOps Engineer professionals to be part of leading-edge technology projects. Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and ongoing support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure. Our services include a spectrum of management, consulting, and systems integration services to help our clients maximize value in their infrastructure resources while optimising infrastructure performance and cost.
Candidates must have Security Clearance (SC Cleared).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Kafka logging solutions using Fluentd/td-agent for centralised log management.
- Act as Azure DevOps SME.
- Develop file transfer solutions based on Single File Transfer Service to ensure secure data exchange.
- Build and configure virtual networks and subnets to support scalable and secure architecture designs.
- Perform patching and maintenance of virtual machines and Docker containers to ensure environment stability.
- Conduct penetration testing and IT health checks across all infrastructure resources to maintain compliance with clients' requirements.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and related tools to automate environment provisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure all infrastructure changes align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in infrastructure automation, Azure DevOps, and IaC scripting.
- Proficient in managing Terraform configurations and dependencies.
- Experience in testing Terraform infrastructure code.
- Experience in creating automated machine images for multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge in configuration management and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Experience in building and managing distributed streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of Azure services, networking, and cloud resource management.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and automation mindset.
