AI/ML Engineer(Azure AI foundry)

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design and deliver production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on Azure, covering RAG, intelligent document processing, AI orchestration, evaluation, and LLMOps/MLOps.

Key responsibilities

• Build LLM and Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI workflow orchestration to improve solution quality and reliability.
• Build document-processing and ingestion pipelines using Document Intelligence, OCR, knowledge graphs, and structured data extraction.
• Implement AI evaluation, including golden dataset validation, quality testing, bias testing, and explainability.
• Operationalise AI solutions using LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring, versioning, deployment, and continuous improvement practices.

Essential skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience building RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector and semantic search.
• Strong knowledge of prompt/context engineering and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Document Intelligence, OCR, data extraction, ingestion pipelines, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience defining and executing AI evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, bias testing, explainability, and response-quality validation.
• Good understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, production deployment, monitoring, governance, and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI security, governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and reusable AI engineering patterns.
• Relevant Azure AI or Machine Learning certifications.
