Are you ready to drive meaningful change in the Salesforce ecosystem? Cognizant is searching for a talented Product Analyst to join our dedicated Salesforce practice. You'll play a pivotal role guiding a scrum team through the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from solution design to implementation and post-go-live support. This role requires strong business acumen to translate complex requirements into clear user stories with complete acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to challenge assumptions and protect the integrity of the product and team when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain the product backlog (convert demand into Epics/Features).
- Prepare Product Response templates highlighting impacts and dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support the Lead Product Owner in decomposing Epics into Features and prioritising based on business value, risk reduction, opportunity enablement, and effort.
- Write high-quality user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps that meet INVEST criteria.
- Conduct backlog refinement sessions with the team.
- Maintain high standards in documentation and presentation.
- Model user journeys and create story maps for clarity across business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
- Assist with UAT for complex functionality.
- Apply Scrum Product Owner principles and practices.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and core clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components/Aura, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience in Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Contact Centre solutions.
- Understanding of DevOps processes and secure design principles.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Einstein products, Agentforce, Data Cloud.
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond those listed below.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Essential but flexible)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Essential but flexible)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (Essential but flexible)
- Salesforce AI Associate (Desirable)
- Salesforce AI Specialist (Desirable)
Location and Travel Requirement:
40% (likely to increase to 60%) working from East London office at Stratford.
