Role Overview
Responsible for leading AEM-based projects and acting as the technical anchor (Tech lead) to ensure seamless delivery, integration, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AEM projects, ensuring smooth delivery and technical consistency.
- Validate requirements and define solution approaches in collaboration with architects, business analysts, designers and cross-functional teams.
- Provide accurate effort estimations for enhancements, maintenance, and new features.
- Oversee content creation and integration within AEM CMS, including components and templates.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure documentation is updated and aligned with project progress.
- Bridge gaps between architecture, development, and delivery teams for seamless execution.
Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating AEM with UI frameworks and third-party systems.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity/working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployments and integrations.
