About the Opportunity
Cognitude is partnering with a high-growth global digital engineering and technology services firm to hire a Business Development Director (Hunter) focused on new logo acquisition in the UK. With strong global delivery capability and continued investment in the UK market, this is a high-impact role with significant white space and leadership visibility.
The Role (Pure Hunter)
- Drive new logo acquisition across the UK market
- Build and convert your own pipeline from scratch (3–5x coverage expected)
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Sell solution‐led engagements (£250K–£2M+) across digital engineering, AI, cloud, and data
- Develop senior relationships across business and technology stakeholders
- Collaborate with global delivery and pre‐sales teams to shape winning propositions
