About the Opportunity

Cognitude is partnering with a high-growth global digital engineering and technology services firm to hire a Business Development Director (Hunter) focused on new logo acquisition in the UK. With strong global delivery capability and continued investment in the UK market, this is a high-impact role with significant white space and leadership visibility.

The Role (Pure Hunter)

This is a front‑line new business role. You will:

  • Drive new logo acquisition across the UK market
  • Build and convert your own pipeline from scratch (3–5x coverage expected)
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Sell solution‑led engagements (£250K–£2M+) across digital engineering, AI, cloud, and data
  • Develop senior relationships across business and technology stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global delivery and pre‑sales teams to shape winning propositions
