As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll be part of a small, highly skilled team where your contributions will directly influence product direction, scalability, and customer impact.
What You’ll Do:- Design, develop, and extend solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Build AI-enabled productivity features leveraging CoPilot and Microsoft AI services.
- Develop custom integrations and components using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work on low-code/no-code product innovation for legal-tech and compliance-focused platforms.
- Collaborate with experts to deliver features that solve real-world case management, contract, and compliance challenges.
- Contribute to best practices in solution design, security, scalability, and performance.
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency with JavaScript & TypeScript for custom development.
- Experience integrating with external APIs and services.
- Exposure to AI/CoPilot features within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Background in legal technology, compliance, professional services, or other case/contract management platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
