Technical Account Manager – Microsoft Fabric & Data
Reading, Berkshire – 3 days onsite

Microsoft Fabric Technical Specialist to join the team as an Account Manager / Customer Success Lead . This role is focused on empowering Microsoft partners to build and scale their practices around Microsoft Fabric , enabling data-driven transformation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners focused on developing a Microsoft Fabric practice.
- Support a selected group of existing partners in building out solutions around Fabric, aligning their go-to-market strategy with key Microsoft initiatives.
- Guide partners in developing compelling customer offers around Fabric use cases (e.g., data integration, real-time analytics, Power BI).
- Leverage Microsoft platforms to identify and activate new opportunities, including on-prem to cloud transitions in the data and analytics space.
- Mobilize partners to consume Microsoft resources, Co-op funds, and participate in programs like SMB workshops and solution assessments.
- Drive awareness and excitement for Microsoft Fabric through outreach campaigns using Teams, email, social, and direct calls.
- Represent Microsoft Fabric in the partner ecosystem and work toward achieving Pitch Perfect Badges to maintain product knowledge and presentation excellence.
- Ensure participation in required Microsoft events, including SureStep Summits and Bootcamps.
Requirements
- Experience in data platforms, analytics solutions, or partner management—ideally with Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or related cloud data services.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partners.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner tools
- Proactive and metrics-driven, with a passion for driving adoption of cloud-native data platforms.
- Ability to travel to events and partner meetings as needed.
