MS Dynamics F&O Support Consultant (with SCM experience) Home based contract Location: England, UK Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 A global IT consultancy are looking for an F&O Support Consultant to joine their team. They are a privately owned company who operate across 12 countries and have been operating in the UK for the last 5 years. With a focus on Microsoft Dynamics F&O, CE and BC, they are a specialist in the market and are one of the mostly recommended microsoft partner by Microsoft. What you’ll be doing: Providing hands-on support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O Experience in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line ticket support , capable of handling a range of technical issues—from basic troubleshooting to more complex problem-solving. Training users and giving them the support they need to get the best out of the system. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for D365 F&O, diagnosing and resolving complex issues. System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of D365 F&O to meet business requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. What you bring to the table: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and high level technical understanding. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with D365 F&O support , Technical understanding (how the backend functions). Familiarity with DevOps LCS practices and tools.
