This role is for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant who understands customers, builds trust with stakeholders and knows how to turn complex requirements into solutions that people actually want to use.

Our client is a Microsoft partner, they build long-term relationships, solve complex business problems, and trust their consultants to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the person clients rely on when projects need direction.
  • From leading discovery workshops and redesigning business processes to shaping solution design and mentoring other consultants, you'll play a key role throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders and architects, helping organisations get the very best from Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI capabilities.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to support pre-sales, influence solution strategy and help win exciting new projects.

Your experience

  • 5 years (minimum) of hands on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
  • Led workshops with senior stakeholders and confidently challenged the status quo.
  • Delivered multiple end-to-end implementations from discovery through to go-live.
  • Strong experience working alongside architects and technical teams to shape solutions.
  • A commercial mindset and confidence supporting bids, proposals and client conversations.
  • A passion for mentoring others and raising the standard across a delivery team.
