We are working with a leading Microsoft Innovation Partner focused on delivering AI-led digital transformation across the Microsoft ecosystem. They work across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot adoption, helping enterprise organisations modernise operations, improve productivity, and implement secure, scalable AI solutions.
About the Role
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and value-driven Microsoft solutions. You'll lead workshops, shape transformation roadmaps, and support both presales and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Microsoft 365 solutions across collaboration, security, governance, and modern workplace domains
- Advise on Copilot and AI readiness, including data preparation, governance, adoption, and risk management
- Develop automation and productivity strategies using Power Platform (Power Automate, AI Builder, and broader automation patterns)
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution shaping activities
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, IT leadership, risk, and compliance teams
- Support presales activities including solution design, estimation, and proposal development
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes such as ROI, productivity gains, and risk reduction
- Embed strong security and compliance principles across all solutions (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Zero Trust)
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery where required, ensuring solutions are implemented to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, security, governance, and modern workplace solutions
- Strong understanding of Copilot and AI readiness (data quality, governance, adoption, and risk)
- Solid experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and AI Builder, with a focus on automation strategy
- Proven solution architecture skills—able to translate business problems into scalable Microsoft-based solutions
- Strong consulting and advisory background, including workshops and client-facing engagement
- Confident stakeholder management experience with senior and executive audiences
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in business terms
- Strong security and compliance mindset (Zero Trust, identity, data protection, governance)
- Experience in enterprise environments, ideally including regulated industries
- Comfortable operating across both presales and delivery phases
