With strong backing, years of domain expertise, and a clear product vision, they’re building the next generation of productivity and workflow tools – with applications across legal, compliance, and other professional services industries .

As a Senior Power Platform Developer , you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform . You’ll be part of a small, highly skilled team where your contributions will directly influence product direction, scalability, and customer impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and extend solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build AI-enabled productivity features leveraging CoPilot and Microsoft AI services.
• Develop custom integrations and components using JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Work on low-code/no-code product innovation for legal-tech and compliance-focused platforms.
• Collaborate with experts to deliver features that solve real-world case management, contract, and compliance challenges .
• Contribute to best practices in solution design, security, scalability, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform .
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven) , Power Automate , and Dataverse .
• Proficiency with JavaScript & TypeScript for custom development.
• Experience integrating with external APIs and services.
• Exposure to AI/CoPilot features within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Background in legal technology, compliance, professional services, or other case/contract management platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment .
