We have an opportunity to join a brand-new Business Applications team within an established Microsoft Practice. After extensive growth in the Microsoft space, this organisation has been building an internal D365 & Power Platform team over the last 6 months off the back of a strong pipeline of projects particularly focused around Customer Insight Journeys, Customer Insight Data and Power Platform solutions.

As a Senior D365 CE Project Manager, you will be leading complex D365 and Power Platform projects across Sales & Service, Customer Insights Journeys and Customer Insight Data Implementations. You will have full ownership over project solutions, working with C-Level executives to influence and improve Microsoft delivery as well as drive best practices. You\’ll also play a pivotal role supporting and mentoring junior members in the team, nurturing team engagement with opportunities to move into Director level roles as the business grows.

What Experience Do You Need?

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics projects
• Expertise in Microsoft D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Managing and delivering large Microsoft projects (£500k+)
• Experience with Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Insights – Data is desirable but not essential
