Job Title: Sales Director Location: UK Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: One of my clients are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join their team, reporting directly to the UK VP of Sales. You’ll lead a team of around 10 sales professionals, driving both individual and team success by securing bookings from new and existing clients. This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage sales strategies, foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding performance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve or exceed targets. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisitions and expansion of existing accounts. Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to support sales initiatives. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on high-quality lead qualification. Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and outcomes. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts and insightful reports to senior leadership. CRM Optimization: Maintain up-to-date CRM records and leverage data insights to inform sales strategies. Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of team members. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role, ideally in professional services A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
