Overview
A high-growth Microsoft partner is seeking an experienced pre-sales consultant / solution architect to help shape, present, and deliver transformative CRM and business application solutions. This role centres on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the wider Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot.
The business works across diverse sectors, helping clients streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and achieve measurable ROI. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, solution design, and client engagement—advising senior stakeholders, leading discovery workshops, and designing robust solutions that meet complex organisational needs.
Key Focus Areas
- Pre-Sales Leadership – Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, and design tailored solution proposals.
- Solution Architecture – Create scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Azure services.
- Client Engagement – Deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly articulate business value and competitive advantage.
- Thought Leadership – Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap developments and industry trends, integrating these into solution designs and client recommendations.
Core Requirements
- Proven track record in a pre-sales or solution architect role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) and the wider Power Platform.
- Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions, integrating with other Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical designs, with a strong commercial awareness.
- Confident communicator able to engage C-suite stakeholders and lead client-facing workshops.
- Familiarity with building business cases
- Exposure to AI capabilities within Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Experience in complex integrations with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance or Business Central.
- Understanding of industry-specific CRM requirements across multiple verticals.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
