This role is for a senior technical leader with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Power Platform, and Azure, combining hands-on solution architecture with strategic leadership. Experience in leading high-performing technical teams, driving enterprise-scale digital transformation, and establishing Centre of Excellence (CoE) practices across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations. Recognised for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that balance business outcomes, technical excellence, and governance standards.
Core Expertise & Capabilities
- Dynamics 365 CE: End-to-end expertise across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation; design and optimisation of entities, forms, business rules, workflows, plug-ins, and model-driven apps.
- Power Platform: Canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, AI Builder, Co-Pilot integrations, and advanced automation.
- Solution Architecture: Enterprise-scale CE & Power Platform architecture, integration strategy, DevOps pipelines, data migration, and environment management.
- Integration & Extensibility: REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, OAuth 2.0, bespoke integrations with ERP, finance, and third-party platforms.
- Data & Analytics: Dataverse modelling, reporting, dashboards, Power BI analytics, data governance, and performance optimisation.
- Practice Leadership: Establishing CE/Power Platform CoE, mentoring architects and developers, defining delivery standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Strategic Advisory: Engaging at C-suite and director level, shaping digital transformation strategy, advising on technical roadmaps, and influencing enterprise adoption of Microsoft technologies.
- Delivery & Governance: Leading multiple concurrent programmes, enforcing governance, compliance, and quality standards while ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
- Agile Leadership: Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, hybrid methodologies, backlog management, and delivery at scale.

- Built and scaled a Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform practice, defining technical frameworks, delivery standards, and career paths for architects and developers.
