Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD across multiple environments.
- Deploy and manage Azure services using Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
- Implement and manage Azure RBAC, policies, and role assignments following least-privilege principles.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure networking, including VNets, NSGs, private endpoints, and connectivity components.
- Support and implement Azure security best practices, contributing to secure-by-design cloud operations.
- Manage Azure Firewall configuration and perform firewall rule changes in line with security guidelines.
- Work with service principals, managed identities, and secure authentication and authorisation patterns.
- Support and optimise SQL-related tasks, including connectivity, access configuration, and integration with Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and quality of cloud environments.
- Produce clear documentation for builds, deployments, access controls, and operational processes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Strong practical experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards, artifacts).
- Solid hands-on experience with key Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, VMs, Networking, etc.).
- Azure RBAC
- Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, routing, private endpoints)
- Azure security principles and best practices
