We’re working with a top-tier Microsoft Partner who is continuing to invest heavily in their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. Due to sustained growth, they’re looking for a talented D365 CE & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join their high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-level projects, collaborate with industry experts, and play a key role in delivering innovative Microsoft solutions to a diverse client base.
The Role
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Work across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from discovery through to go-live
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance
- Deliver user training and support adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing)
- Strong experience with the Power Platform
- Background in functional consulting within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
- Experience running workshops and engaging with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business processes and solution design
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
