Microsoft Business Applications Technical Lead London | Hybrid Working Full-time - no sponsorship can be offered

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 basic + bonus + travel covered + benefits Work with a leading Microsoft consultancy that delivers innovative Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud and AI solutions to a diverse client base.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.

Key responsibilities: Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Design, develop and implement custom functionality using C#, .

NET, Java Script, PCF Controls and Azure services.

Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practice across project teams.

Manage Dev Ops and ALM processes, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.

Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions.

Support technical pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and client engagements.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for both project teams and stakeholders.

What we're looking for: Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Hands-on development expertise with C#, .

NET, Java Script, plug-ins and PCF Controls.

Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and integrations.

Knowledge of Dev Ops, ALM and CI/CD best practices.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Developer position.

Desirable: Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI experience.

Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.

Data migration and integration project experience.

Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.
