About the Role
This is an opportunity to work on high-value transformation programmes across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric, helping organisations unlock real business value from AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of AI pre-sales and solution specialists
- Shape AI solution strategies for enterprise customers
- Run discovery workshops, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Partner closely with Sales, Architecture and Delivery teams
- Act as the technical lead on complex customer opportunities
- Develop reusable AI assets, propositions and go-to-market initiatives
- Support pipeline growth and successful project handovers
Required Skills
- Strong background in solution consulting, pre-sales or architecture
- Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Power Platform
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot adoption strategies
- Experience with Copilot Studio, custom copilots and conversational AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and intelligent automation technologies
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI)
- Experience designing and delivering AI proof-of-concepts, demonstrations and workshops
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, data platforms and analytics solutions
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and business applications
- Understanding of modern integration approaches including APIs, Dataverse and Microsoft cloud architecture
