Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant London | Hybrid role This role is for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant who understands customers, builds trust with stakeholders and knows how to turn complex requirements into solutions that people actually want to use. Our client is a Microsoft partner, they build long-term relationships, solve complex business problems, and trust their consultants to lead from the front. It's the kind of environment where Functional Consultants are expected to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders, and work alongside Solution Architects to shape solutions that genuinely make a difference. You'll be the person clients rely on when projects need direction. From leading discovery workshops and redesigning business processes to shaping solution design and mentoring other consultants, you'll play a key role throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders and architects, helping organisations get the very best from Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI capabilities. You'll also have the opportunity to support pre-sales, influence solution strategy and help win exciting new projects. 5 years (minimum) of hands on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects. ~ Delivered multiple end-to-end implementations from discovery through to go-live. ~ A commercial mindset and confidence supporting bids, proposals and client conversations. ~ You will work with experienced consultants who enjoy sharing ideas, be encouraged to challenge the way things are done, and have the opportunity to help shape both projects and the wider practice. Working with the latest Microsoft technologies—including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI—while continuing to develop your own skills through training, certifications and clearly defined career progression.
