We are working with a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner that is helping organisations move from AI experimentation to real-world adoption across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI. They are looking for a technically-minded Digital Transformation Consultant who can bridge the gap between business challenges and technology solutions. Someone who understands how solutions are built, can confidently engage with stakeholders, shape use cases, design solutions, and help customers realise tangible value from AI and Microsoft's modern cloud ecosystem.
If you enjoy working closely with customers, shaping solutions, building compelling PoCs, and helping organisations understand what's possible with AI, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
Responsibilities- Working directly with customers to identify and shape AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
- Designing AI-led solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI
- Running workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and define use cases
- Building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes that demonstrate business value
- Helping customers understand how AI agents, copilots, automation, and intelligent workflows can be applied within their organisation
- Designing solutions that combine Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and AI capabilities
- Supporting the development of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft's AI ecosystem
- Translating technical concepts into language that business stakeholders can understand
- Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the innovation and adoption journey
- Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of solution design and how enterprise applications are built and integrated
- Technical credibility with the ability to discuss architecture, APIs, automation, integrations, and AI technologies
- Experience running workshops, discovery sessions, and customer-facing engagements
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered business applications
- Ability to build prototypes, Proof of Concepts, and demonstrate the art of the possible
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Curiosity around AI and a passion for helping customers adopt emerging technologies
