We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner who is growing Digital Workplace and AI Practice and looking for an experienced M365 Modern Workplace, Copilot & Power Platform Technical Consultant.

It is important to have experience within a Microsoft Partner or MSP environment, understanding the pace, customer engagement and consultancy mindset required to succeed.

The role

  • Lead customer workshops to identify opportunities across Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform.
  • Presenting Microsoft Copilot to senior stakeholders, leading workshops to identify AI opportunities, building solutions with the Power Platform, and developing AI agents that help customers work smarter and solve real business challenges.
  • Support the sales team with presales activities including demonstrations, proof of concepts and solution presentations.
  • Design and deliver Modern Workplace transformation programmes.
  • Drive Microsoft Copilot adoption and successful business change initiatives.
  • Identify and develop AI use cases that improve productivity, automation and decision-making.
  • Design, configure and deploy AI Agents and Copilot-powered solutions.
  • Build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Deliver customer training, adoption strategies and best practice guidance.
  • Create solution designs, roadmaps and business cases for Microsoft technologies.
  • Stay ahead of Microsoft's AI roadmap and advise customers on emerging capabilities.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
  • Experience identifying, shaping and delivering business-focused AI use cases.
  • Strong Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages
  • Experience designing and deploying AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Microsoft Azure AI Services knowledge.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data-driven AI solutions.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance and security within Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft certifications across Modern Work, Power Platform, Copilot or Azure.
