We’re working with a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. They’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful CRM solutions.
The job:
- Working with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translating business needs into well‑designed Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service).
- Supporting end‑to‑end delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers, and technical teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Running workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Supporting testing, training, and user adoption activities.
- Helping clients maximise value from their Microsoft investment.
Experience:
- You’ll likely have experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or CRM Consultant within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
- Good understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience gathering requirements and running client workshops.
- Ability to translate business processes into system solutions.
- Experience working on full lifecycle CRM implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A consulting mindset with a focus on delivery and client success.
