We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to help organisations maximise the value of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered technologies. This role focuses on enabling smarter ways of working through secure, compliant, and well-governed digital environments.
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategies around modern workplace transformation, data governance, security, compliance, and intelligent automation. Your work will help clients unlock productivity gains and drive measurable outcomes through the effective use of Microsoft’s ecosystem.
Core Experience Required
- Significant experience (8+ years) in consulting or advisory roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including governance, security, and tenant design
- Experience supporting organisations with Copilot adoption, including readiness assessments and risk management
- Understanding of automation technologies such as Power Automate and AI Builder, with the ability to apply them in enterprise scenarios
- Ability to translate complex risk, compliance, and technical requirements into clear business strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with executive-level audiences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate value, including ROI, efficiency gains, and risk reduction
Desirable Background
- Exposure to Power Platform and Dynamics 365 within governed enterprise environments
- Experience defining automation strategies and frameworks, beyond just solution delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools (e.g. Defender), identity platforms (Entra ID), and Zero Trust concepts
- Experience working in regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, Compliance, Power Platform)
- Previous experience in a consultancy or partner-led environment
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Governance
- Develop Microsoft 365 transformation strategies aligned to security, compliance, productivity, and AI objectives
- Conduct assessments across data, security, and Copilot readiness to identify risks and improvement areas
- Establish governance frameworks that encourage innovation while maintaining control and compliance
- Solution Advisory & Design
- Design scalable, secure solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform
- Provide guidance on data protection, lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks
- Enable AI adoption by ensuring data is properly structured, secured, and governed
- Automation & AI Enablement
- Advise on the strategic use of Power Automate to streamline and orchestrate business processes
- Support adoption of AI Builder to deliver capabilities such as document intelligence, classification, and predictive insights
- Ensure automation solutions meet governance, compliance, and risk standards
- Help organisations evolve from isolated automations to enterprise-wide intelligent automation strategies
- Client Engagement
- Lead workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders on transformation, automation, and risk mitigation
- Present clear, practical recommendations tailored to both technical and business audiences
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Thought Leadership
- Contribute to internal and external insights related to Microsoft 365, automation, and AI governance
- Stay informed on Microsoft’s roadmap across security, Copilot, and Power Platform
