What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead development across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Design and build scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Make key technical decisions (customisation vs configuration)
  • Develop using: C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Work with Dataverse and complex data models
  • Design and build integrations using Azure (Functions, APIs, Service Bus)
  • Define coding standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Support ALM, DevOps, and environment strategy
  • Mentor developers and guide technical delivery
  • Collaborate with architects and functional teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience building integrations with Azure services
