A strong Sales / Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced sales professional, with strengths in building relationships, hunting new business, and driving growth across Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 (ERP, Business Central, CRM, Customer Engagement).
  • Target key verticals: Manufacturing, Financial Services & Insurance, and Retail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft to maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Promote and sell AI consulting services, cloud solutions, and Modern Data Platform offerings.
  • Lead client conversations from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365 ERP, BC, CE, CRM).
  • Strong track record in new business development – a hunter.
  • Established relationships with Microsoft and understanding of their partner ecosystem.
  • Experience selling into Manufacturing, FS&I, and Retail sectors.
  • Knowledge of AI, cloud services, and modern data platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at C-level.
