We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help drive our agentic AI pipeline in a fast-scaling Microsoft partner. This role combines traditional business analysis with a proactive, opportunity-focused mindset, identifying where AI can create real business value and helping bring those solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the agentic AI opportunity pipeline across clients
  • Work with customers to identify, shape, and qualify AI use cases and automation opportunities
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs
  • Map current and future state processes, highlighting where AI can augment or automate
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment from discovery through to delivery

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or technology projects

Required Skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to identify and articulate value-driven opportunities, not just document requirements
  • Understanding of AI concepts (e.g. automation, LLMs, or intelligent workflows)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Pay range and compensation package

£60,000 - £70,000 plus bonuses
