Be part of a growing consulting team with a leading Microsoft Partner. This role is for a Senior or Lead AI Consultant, who will deliver high-impact solutions that transform how clients operate using Artificial Intelligence.
You’ll play a critical role in guiding organisations through the AI journey — from identifying opportunities to architecting and deploying real-world solutions using modern cloud platforms and data technologies. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside experienced consultants and technical teams, helping clients unlock the full value of AI through innovation, collaboration, and expertise.
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with clients to capture their requirements and define tailored AI architectures that align with strategic business needs.
- Translate complex problems into data-driven solutions leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-native platforms.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout delivery — from planning and design to implementation and handover.
- Define high-value AI use cases across domains such as predictive analytics, automation, and conversational AI.
- Analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using tools such as modern data lakes, notebooks, and machine learning platforms.
- Build end-to-end ML workflows including experimentation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement scalable and secure AI solutions using MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native tooling.
- Present insights, models, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI practices are embedded into all stages of the solution lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
- Substantial experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and common machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, AWS, or GCP — including ML and data tooling.
- Knowledge of generative AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and related technologies.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and MLOps.
- Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to business stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Familiarity with data visualisation and storytelling techniques using dashboards or interactive tools.
- An understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a strong advantage.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer) are a plus.
