The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across multiple client engagements, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, developers, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading technical architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes
- Designing scalable Dataverse and model-driven app solutions
- Providing hands-on development support where required using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Defining integration architecture across Azure and Microsoft services
- Supporting technical governance, standards, and best practices
- Acting as a senior technical escalation point across projects
- Mentoring developers and helping shape engineering capability within the practice
- Working directly with clients to understand requirements and define solution strategy

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Extensive Dynamics 365 CE architecture and delivery experience
- Strong Power Platform and Dataverse expertise
- Strong hands-on development capability in C#
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
- Background working within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment
- Ability to lead technical discussions with both engineers and senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Power Pages experience
- Azure architecture/integration experience
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
