Lead D365 CE Technical Consultant
Hybrid: UK
Salary: £80k – £90k + Package
This is an opportunity to join a Global brand where you will sit exclusively within the UK Microsoft Business Applications team. Their project pipeline is constantly growing, with multiple projects due to kick off early 2025 and many more mid-flight across Manufacturing, Professional Services, Retail and Healthcare.
Due to organic growth and and strong project pipeline lined up for next year, they are looking for a Lead D365 CE Technical Consultant to join their Professional Services team. You will work closely with the Solution Architects on ongoing and upcoming transformation projects in the enterprise space, including design & architecture, enhancements, integrations, and implementations, as well as business-as-usual (BAU) activities. You will have the autonomy to make strategic decisions with no red tape, and the chance to continually develop both personally and professionally in a supportive environment.
You'll be joining a close knit team, collaborating with Lead Consultants and Architects for your personal development and honing your skills whilst getting more experience in design and architecture for D365 / Power Platform solutions. In turn, you'll also act as a mentor for more junior members of the team to help them build out their skills.
Due to their current growth trajectory, you will have a lot of opportunity to step into more of an Architecture and/or Leadership role within the next few years through quarterly incentives, dedicated L&D tailored to you and fast-track programmes.
