We’re looking for a Technical Architect (Dynamics 365 F&O), to work on large, complex projects across public and private sectors—alongside smart, down-to-earth people who genuinely love what they do.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clear communication, transparency, and meaningful work. It’s a place where you’re not just a resource—you’re trusted for your expertise, empowered to lead, make decisions, and actually shape how things get done.

The role:

As a Technical Architect, you’ll own the technical vision on projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. From lifecycle planning and code quality to scalable architecture and client engagement, you’ll help shape technical strategy while mentoring others along the way.

What you’ll be driving:

  • Shaping and owning the technical delivery strategy for projects
  • Designing scalable ALM processes that set teams up for success
  • Working closely with solution architects and project leads to align on timelines, expectations, and scope
  • Acting as a go-to for estimating development efforts and solving integration challenges
  • Leading technical teams, nurturing talent, and fostering quality-driven culture
  • Being the voice of technical authority in key stakeholder conversations

What sets you up for success:

  • Deep experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (especially across retail, manufacturing, or supply chain modules)
  • Strong understanding of Point of Sale and systems integration
  • Comfortable leading architecture and dev strategy in enterprise ERP rollouts
  • Fluent in Agile methodologies and structured change management
  • Sharp communication skills, both written and verbal—especially in stakeholder settings
  • Natural mentor and collaborator with a knack for solving problems, not just coding them

Why this might be your next move—even if you’re not looking:

  • Competitive base and bonuses
  • A true work-life balance
  • Ongoing investment in your growth via tailored mentoring and learning paths
  • A flat, open culture that values clarity and kindness as much as capability
