We are hiring experienced Transformation Leads to support the growth of a specialist ERP transformation practice. This role is suited to individuals who operate as management consultants or business analysts, with a strong focus on solving business problems rather than purely delivering technology. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations define, shape, and deliver transformation across Finance and Supply Chain, with ERP acting as a key enabler. This is an opportunity to join a growing team with strong expansion plans, where you will play a key role in both delivery and the evolution of the practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support business-led transformation initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain
  • Facilitate workshops and confidently engage senior stakeholders, with the ability to lead conversations and drive outcomes
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, solutions, and transformation roadmaps
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Support ERP-enabled transformation programmes (training on specific platforms provided where needed)
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and help define practical, deliverable solutions
  • Contribute to programme governance, delivery planning, and stakeholder alignment

What We’re Looking for

  • Background as a Management Consultant, Business Analyst, or Transformation Consultant
  • Strong experience solving business problems and driving change initiatives
  • Experience across Finance and/or Supply Chain domain
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
