We're working with a growing technology and transformation consultancy looking to appoint an experienced ERP Management Consultant to support organisations through large-scale business and digital transformation programmes. This is not a traditional ERP functional consulting role. We're looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology, helping clients define how they should work before enabling that change through ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The Role
- As an ERP Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, redesign operating models, and lead complex ERP-enabled change initiatives.
- Leading business process and operating model design workshops.
- Advising clients on ERP and digital transformation strategies.
- Defining target operating models and governance structures.
- Supporting ERP programme mobilisation, recovery, and optimisation initiatives.
- Bridging the gap between business leadership and technical delivery teams.
- Working alongside functional consultants and solution architects to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
- Managing executive stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.
About You
You will have a consulting mindset combined with a strong understanding of enterprise ERP programmes. We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Experience delivering or advising on large-scale ERP transformations.
- A background in management consulting, business transformation, or ERP advisory services.
