The Application Enterprise Architect will lead the development of the strategic application roadmaps. Ideally with 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, with a proven track record in designing enterprise solutions and managing technology integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and implement the application roadmap for Branch and Teller Applications, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and operational objectives.
- Analyze current application architecture, identify gaps, and propose scalable, innovative solutions.
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards, and best practices for Branch and Teller systems.
- Monitor adherence to industry compliance and regulatory requirements for banking applications.
- Lead the architectural integration of Branch and Teller Applications during mergers and acquisitions.
- Conduct system assessments, manage risks, and ensure seamless data and process integration.
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide bi-weekly updates to the COO on project progress, key milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
- Track the performance of Branch and Teller Applications, ensuring optimization and reliability.
