Power Platform Developer

Model-Driven Apps – C# plugins – JavaScript/TypeScript

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) tailored to business requirements.
• Develop custom components, integrations, and automation using JavaScript, C#, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
• Configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Work with stakeholders to collect requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
• Implement and maintain Power Automate flows, business rules, plug-ins, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across Power Platform and D365 applications.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience developing Power Apps, especially Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and C#, including custom plug-in development for D365.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM customisation, configuration, and extension points.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and integration patterns.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with PCF controls, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, MB-200).
