This role is for a commercially driven Account Manager to grow, develop, and win new business across a portfolio of Microsoft Managed Services customers. This is not an account maintenance role — it’s about driving account growth, securing new logos, strategic engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes.

The Role:

  • Own, grow, and expand a portfolio of Microsoft-focused customers
  • Proactively win new business (new logos and net new revenue)
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across:
    • Dynamics 365
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure
    • Security (Defender, Sentinel, Identity)
    • Power Platform & Copilot
  • Build and execute strategic account plans
  • Drive contract renewals, expansion, and net new revenue
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite)
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and forward planning
  • Deliver clear, measurable commercial outcomes aligned to customer goals
