We are looking for a Lead Power Platform & D365 Developer to lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on in the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft Business Applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring, and shaping best practice across a growing Power Platform capability.

The role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and day-to-day guidance.
  • Act as technical lead, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to established patterns and best practices.
  • Support Product Owners by managing and prioritising a backlog of Power Platform & D365 change requests from Product Managers and internal teams.
  • Play a key role in building out a low-code centre of excellence, supporting wider adoption of Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
  • Help define and embed training, governance, and controls across the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, security requirements, and engineering best practices at all times.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience developing solutions using:
  • Power Apps (Model-driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service)
  • Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong experience configuring and working with Microsoft Dataverse as part of enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working on Azure-based implementations (Functions, Logic Apps, integrations, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar) for CI/CD, backlog management, and progress tracking.
  • Solid background in the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications.
