We are looking for a Lead Power Platform & D365 Developer to lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on in the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft Business Applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring, and shaping best practice across a growing Power Platform capability.
The role:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and day-to-day guidance.
- Act as technical lead, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to established patterns and best practices.
- Support Product Owners by managing and prioritising a backlog of Power Platform & D365 change requests from Product Managers and internal teams.
- Play a key role in building out a low-code centre of excellence, supporting wider adoption of Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Help define and embed training, governance, and controls across the organisation.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, security requirements, and engineering best practices at all times.

- 4+ years’ experience developing solutions using:
- Power Apps (Model-driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service)
