Are you a true new business hunter looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a rapidly growing Microsoft partner? We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a high-growth commercial team, helping organisations transform through Microsoft's technology stack. While you'll be selling across the full Microsoft portfolio, there will be a strong focus on Business Central and Microsoft Finance solutions.

This is an opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans, aiming to double in size over the next 12 months. Significant investment has been made into sales, marketing and partnerships, meaning you'll be joining an organisation that's committed to generating opportunities and supporting your success.

The Role

You'll be responsible for winning new business across the commercial market, with a particular focus on sectors such as distribution and construction, although experience in other industries is also welcomed. Working alongside SDRs, marketing and pre-sales specialists, you'll focus on what you do best—building relationships, creating opportunities and closing deals. You'll also have the chance to engage with an existing customer base currently using legacy platforms, identifying opportunities to modernise and expand their technology estate.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in new business sales (hunter mentality)
  • Experience selling technology solutions into commercial organisations
  • A background in Microsoft solution sales (any area of the Microsoft stack)
  • D365 Business Central or Finance solution sales experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Someone who enjoys being in front of customers and is happy to travel across the UK

The business believes the right person is more important than having experience with every product. If you have the drive, sales ability and consultative approach, they'll support you in developing the technical knowledge.

Why Join?

  • £70,000–£90,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with realistic double OTE
  • Quarterly commission payments with accelerators once targets are achieved
  • Significant investment in marketing, SDRs and Microsoft partnerships to help generate pipeline
  • Collaborative sales environment with dedicated pre-sales, SDR and marketing support
  • Regular team socials and meet-ups in London
  • Opportunity to grow your career as the business continues its ambitious expansion

Interview Process

  • Initial conversation with the Director of Commercial
  • Final face-to-face interview in London, including a presentation based on a recent sales bid
