What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the hands-on development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across complex enterprise programmes.
- Translate solution designs into high-quality, maintainable technical implementations.
- Build and extend Dataverse-based solutions using plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and Power Platform components.
- Ensure solutions are engineered for performance, scalability, and long-term supportability.
- Develop and support integration between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and wider enterprise systems.
- Build solutions using Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Implement secure, reliable data exchange patterns across multiple platforms.
- Support event-driven and API-led architectures in real-world enterprise environments.
- Act as the senior technical voice within delivery teams.
- Guide developers and consultants on implementation approaches and best practices.
- Review code, enforce standards, and improve overall engineering quality.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure designs are technically feasible and well executed.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development (plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript, PCF).
- Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management).
- Strong coding background in C# and modern .NET development.
- Understanding of ALM, DevOps pipelines, and environment management.
